About Sam
Dr Samuel Chu is a University College London (UCL) trained Clinical Psychologist. He specialises in anxiety, low mood, trauma, and attachment-related difficulties.
Many of his clients have experienced challenging past events that continue to shape how they feel and relate to others, leading to excessive worrying, self-doubt, repetitive relationship patterns, or difficulty regulating emotions.
Others deal with constant "what ifs" and often avoid uncertain situations.
Sam offers a thoughtful and supportive space to explore these difficulties, understand their impact, and work towards meaningful change. He is trained in a range of therapies, such as CBT, systemic, and psychodynamic approaches.
